Students were taken to the Science Park and were briefed about the process "MULCHING". A mulch is a layer of material applied to the surface of an area of soil to conserve moisture, improve the fertility and health of the soil, to reduce weed growth and lastly to enhance the visual appeal of the area. A mulch is usually but not exclusively organic in nature. It can be dried leaves, wood chips or bark chips.
